Bill has been in the corporate clinical consulting field since 1990. He served in the capacity of a National Clinical Manager with two international Employee Assistance Programs for 11 years prior to establishing a private consulting practice.

Throughout the past 13 years Bill has provided consulting services to business leaders in many of the Fortune 500 corporations, including diverse industries such as banking, manufacturing, computer and information technology, transportation, hospitality, as well as food production and distribution.

Bill has also been invited to coach senior adminstraive teams in public sector organizations such as hopitals, school boards, government bodies at all 3 levels, provincial and regional police services, fire services and correctional institutions.

As a Corporate Clinical Consultant and Disaster Management Specialist, Bill has had the honour of leading Post Disaster Debriefing teams into sites which have exceptional catastrophes. Events such as the earthquake in Instanbul, Turkey in 1999 and the World Trade Centre attack in New York City, September 11, 2001, afforded Bill and his team the opportunity to assist corporate leaders and their employees through a process of personal recovery and business rejuvenation.

In July of 2002, bill was invited back to New York to assist in the facilitation of the “Rebuilding of Lower Manhattan” Project, where 5000 resident’s voices were heard and opinions considered in the redesign of Ground Zero and surrounding area.

Throughout the SARS epidemic 2003 in Toronto, Bill served as the primary corporate clinical consultant to many of the local hospital systems including the Scarborough’s Grace and General Sites, as well as Markham Stoufville Hospital.

Bill also provides an extensive array of employee focused training programs to corporate clients which are customized to meet their current needs as well as future objectives. Bill has spoken on a variety of topics including Corporate Leadership in the Wake of Crisis, Surviving the Disaster, Human Growth in Times of Human Crisis, Keeping Your Balance in an Off Balance World, living an Examined Life, Extereme Customer Service as well as many others.
